Examined my A/C unit, replaced minor parts, showed me a major issue that would soon arrive, but did not press me to act now (and I didn't). Explained how best to keep the unit working well in its current condition. The repairman arrived promptly, and was extremely personable and friendly. He was not at all in a rush, and took the time to answer every question and to explain how various components worked. He did what was needed to get the unit cooling again.
