Natural Gas Furnace Cleaning and Safety Inspection

Did you know the manufacturer recommends / requires a yearly safety inspection? This is to insure safe operations for you and your family and it also keep existing warranties in full affect. Extend the life of all you home comfort equipment with a check-up to identify any issues before they become costly ones. We'll check all components values, wiring, connections and insure that all safeties are fully operational. Checking the heat-exchanger for any hot spot or cracks. At the end of our check-up; we will give you a full written report and discuss all concerns that require either immediate attention or advise on future replacement of part(s) in question.

 

Oil Fired Furnace Safety Inspection / Tune-Up

There's not many contractors left that provide services for oil fired furnaces or boiler systems. We at "BP Residential Heating and Cooling will continue to provide service to meet our customers needs.

Oil furnaces burns dirty unlike natural gas. therefore; oil furnaces requires more time and testing during a preventive maintenance.

Our inspection covers vacuuming heating unit, vent pipe and chimney base (if accessible).  Conduct testing to determine how to restore system to peak efficiency if required, adjust burner for maximum efficiency, clean and adjust electrode and nozzle assembly, Replace oil nozzle (included) and oil filter (additional charge). Test and adjust all operating controls. Inspect flue pipe, barometric damper & combustion chamber  check oil tank  and lines. Inform customer of equipment condition via written report.
